No refunds, returns or gown exchanges.

 

LAYAWAY POLICY

All items placed on layaway require a minimum 20% non-refundable deposit. It is the responsibility of the customer to make payments and to pay layaway in full, including sales taxes within 120 days of purchase. If the layaway expires without full payment, item(s), all payments and deposit will be forfeited. No refunds or returns on layaway items.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY

Minimum 1/2 purchase price, non-refundable down payment is required for special order items.

ALTERATIONS

Alteration services are offered by an independent seamstress, Joan Holt Moody. Ms. Moody is not employed by Simply Stunning Pageant, Prom and More, LLC.

 

Alteration service payments of cash or check are to be made directly to Ms. Moody.

 

Costs of alterations are not included in the purchase price.

 

Merchandise must be paid in full before alterations appointments are scheduled.
